Currently getting a list of books together but don’t have one quite yet. My suggestion is to take a general overview course for machine learning and then dive into books based on what areas of ML you’re interested in
Hey Logan! Great piece of content just wanted to suggest an add on. That there is one more type of ML is emerging now days known as "Semi-Supervised Learning". In this type of ML some part of data is labelled and rest is taken care by the model itself. Basically it is partially Supervised and partially Unsupervised learning. You can add on more on this in the article.
There are definitely other types of learning that aren't covered here because I think they aren't needed for a big picture understanding of ML and would add confusion for any non-technical readers.
Thanks for including it in the comments, though. That way others can find it if they want!
If you're willing to put more work into expanding this, I can see this being a masterpiece.
Thanks Devansh! I’ll get an extended edition together.
Great overview of the different types of machine learning! It’s funny I just published an overview of LLMs and this was a great complement
Would love your thoughts!

Thank you! I’ll take a look 😊
🙏🏼🤝 your piece on Devin was interesting too, exciting times we live in!
Awesome article, really helpful!!
Would you suggest me some books to read for deep diving in the topic?
I'd love to enrich my Ai knowledge.
Keep up the good work!!

Could you suggest some courses?
Here you go! https://github.com/loganthorneloe/ml-road-map
That's something I'm putting together to help anyone learn about machine learning so any feedback would be great :)
